| Looking across the bean trellis at the empty spot , i lost 6 or 7 bean plants and 4 cucumbers on that far trellis, theres something wrong with that space, i suspect insects of some type..the bed will go all the way to the wall next year and the brick stack will be gone hopefully that will remove the anonymous destroyers habitat |

| baby oregano planted from a root division from Petes beautiful garden, you can see the heavy litter from our neighbours gumtree that i have to clear frequently...its almost brought the netting down a few times... |

| My little white eggplant, not tall but looking strong and promising flower buds soon..in the background is my lone brocollini looking to set heads soon | i detatched and cast some parsley seeds from one of last years plants this morning...they left the oddest smell on my hands almost like petrochemicals...these were from bought seedlings so may not be viable anyway, but that smell left me wondering |
